Trash Collection
Tenant Responsibilities:
Proper Trash Storage: All trash must be placed in a trash can with a secure lid. Be sure to label the can clearly with your address.
Trash Pickup Schedule: Place the trash can at the curb the evening before the scheduled pickup day and return it to the designated area behind the apartment building by the evening of pickup.
Fines for Non-Compliance:
A $25 fine will be issued by Adams Rental for any violation of the trash disposal rules outlined in the lease agreement.
Additional fines imposed by the city or county for improper trash disposal will be the tenant’s responsibility.
Recycling:
While the city doesn’t have dedicated trucks for recycling pickups, residents can still do their part by dropping off recyclable items at the local recycling center. It’s a convenient option for those looking to reduce waste and contribute to a greener environment. Make sure to check what materials are accepted to ensure your recycling efforts are effective!
